Why is vitamin D important?

  • Vitamin D increases the absorption of calcium from the intestinal tract, enhances the reabsorption of calcium in the kidneys, increases bone formation, and reduces parathyroid hormone levels. 
  • Vitamin D receptors are found in many other tissues in addition to the skeletal system, which is why vitamin D has a diversified effect in many physiological processes.

The recommended dose of the product

  • Half to 1 tablet a day to prevent vitamin D deficiency.
  • For the treatment of vitamin D deficiency, 1-2 tablets a day, depending on the degree of vitamin D deficiency.
  • It is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

Each tablet contains 1600 IU of cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).
