Dr. József Béres Sr.’s story featured in the “History shapers” animated film series
On 15 April, the latest episodes of the National Heritage Institute’s animated short film series “History shapers” were premiered at Corvin Cinema in Budapest, including an episode dedicated to the life of Dr. József Béres Sr.

The aim of the “History shapers” series is to present outstanding figures of Hungarian history in a modern and accessible format, with a particular focus on younger generations. The animated short films show how the decisions and perseverance of remarkable individuals helped shape the course of Hungary’s history.
The episode about the Széchenyi Prize-winning researcher was presented alongside four other stories. More than twenty short films in the series are now available on the National Heritage Institute’s YouTube channel.
