When do we recommend this product?

  • For the treatment of vitamin C deficiency (e.g. scurvy).
  • Vitamin C deficiency is most common in cases of malnutrition or conditions requiring increased ascorbic acid: exhaustion, loss of appetite, weakness, fatigue, springtime lethargy (spring fatigue), significant physical exertion, smoking, taking contraceptives, as well as recovery periods following illness, injury or surgery, as well as pregnancy and breast-feeding.

  • The active ingredient of Béres C-Vitamin 500 mg film-coated tablets is ascorbic acid (vitamin C), a water-soluble vitamin with antioxidant properties.
  • Ascorbic acid is essential for many basic physiological processes (e.g., production of certain hormones, absorption of iron, formation of bones, teeth, and cartilage, wound healing, and maintaining proper capillary permeability).
  • 500 mg active-ingredient content.

Dosage:

For adults and children over 10 years of age, depending on their individual needs and condition, 100-1000 mg of vitamin C (1-2 film-coated tablets) per day.

Not recommended for children under 10 years of age.
